Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my applications if I downgrade?
All previously submitted applications continue to be tracked. You keep full access to your history and analytics. AI tailoring is disabled on the Free plan but you can still apply to unlimited jobs via the extension.
Do you store my resume data?
Your data is stored so the product can tailor resumes, fill applications, and show status history. You can delete account data from Settings.
Can I review applications before they're sent?
Absolutely. Every application goes through a review step. You see the tailored materials that are available and the filled form before anything is submitted. Nothing goes out without your explicit approval.
What ATS platforms do you support?
The launch-supported ATS flows are Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby. Other platforms are not claimed as supported until they are verified in production.

No. Open Applier (openapplier.com) is an AI Chrome extension that auto-fills job applications on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby. OpenApply (openapply.com) is an unrelated school admissions and CRM platform for K-12 schools. The names sound similar but the products and companies are not affiliated.
